Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentBazaar (“the Service”), a marketplace of configurable AI-agent workflow templates. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AgentBazaar provides pre-built templates that you configure and run, optionally on your own LLM provider API key. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output; you are responsible for reviewing it before use in your business.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with your LLM provider's terms when using your own API key.
• You are responsible for the content you input and how you use generated output.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

3. Payments

Paid packs and subscriptions are billed via Razorpay or Stripe. One-time packs grant lifetime access to the included templates. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBazaar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AI-generated output.
