Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay — which is why two templates are free to try. If a paid pack isn't right for you, here's our policy.

One-time packs

If a template pack does not work as described, email hello@agentbazaar.in within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Subscriptions (Full Library)

• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but you can cancel before the next renewal.

Token costs

When you run templates on your own LLM API key, those provider token charges are billed by your provider and are not refundable by AgentBazaar.
